At MYSAMU LTD, we take pride in the quality of our premium perfumes and beauty products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our streamlined return process.
1. Return Window
• Request Period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• EU/UK Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the conditions below are met.
2. Special Conditions for Perfumes & Beauty Products Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, strict rules apply:
• Sealed Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and unopened.
• Hygiene Seals: Any perfume or beauty product that has had its protective cellophane wrap removed, box opened, or hygiene seal broken cannot be returned or refunded.
• Packaging: Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and receipts included.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
* Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes, fragrances, or personal care goods. * Customized or personalized products. * Sale items, promotional bundles, and Gift Cards.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
• Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, MYSAMU LTD will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement. Photographic evidence is required.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns (where the product is not faulty), the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We highly recommend using a tracked/recorded service.
• Important Postal Note: Under UK postal regulations, perfumes are classified as restricted items. When returning, you must declare the contents at the Post Office so it can be shipped safely using the correct hazardous goods label (ID8000).
• Restocking Fee: There are No Restocking Fees applied to returned products.
6. Missing Orders
• For UK Domestic Orders: Orders dispatched via Standard Postage will not be officially deemed ‘missing’ until 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date, in line with Royal Mail policies.
• For International Orders: Orders will not be deemed 'missing' until 30 working days have passed. No resend or refund will be offered until this investigation period has concluded.
7. Refunds
# We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
# If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
# Important: Any goods returned more than 2 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced, and the items will be disposed of.
8. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
